Driven by a dedication to providing personalized home care that aligns with the community's needs, HCIS was established in 2022 under Olivia's unwavering commitment and passion for elevating caregiving standards.

Through her profound sense of responsibility and compassion, Olivia observed a growing gap in accessible in-home care services for individuals, especially seniors. Motivated by this observation, she passionately embarked on a mission to establish HCIS as a pioneering force on Oahu Island in terms of caregiving. As a family-owned company, HCIS is committed to providing affordable and top-notch in-home care services under Olivia's dedicated leadership.

Since receiving accreditation from the Department of Health in November 2022, HCIS has experienced a remarkable growth in clients solely through word-of-mouth referrals and the trust instilled in Olivia and her caregiving team. As of March 2024, our caregiving team has expanded from a modest start of 3 to a dedicated group of 70 caregivers! While there's a long journey ahead, we are optimistic that our ongoing efforts to introduce HCIS across various platforms will enable us to extend the reach of quality care and affordability throughout Oahu.
